Each week we provide a suggested schedule of classes to follow depending on your preferred style or outcomes.
Our Mobility & Connection classes are ideal for those looking to improve their day-to-day mobility and function. The Strength & Cardio classes are for those looking for a higher energy, fitness style class.
Don’t worry if you don’t get to every class, or if you do them in your own order. After all having a reformer at home is all about the flexibility of doing what you can, when you can. We have also left the weekends free as rest days or days for you to revisit your favourite classes from the week – which ever works for you. We hope you enjoy this week’s suggested classes.
