Mobility & Connection Sessions
This week in our Mobility & Connection classes we focus on spirals of the arms & shoulders
Have you ever given much thought to how your arms and legs spiral or rotate through movement? Probably not, but after this week you will!
The rotation through our limbs is important to allow better strength generation, can help with getting a "lift" from the centre when weight-bearing through the arms, and prevents impingement of the joints.
Whenever we introduce this focus, we get feedback from our members that their bodies feel so much stronger free.
Strength & Cardio Sessions
Your Strength & Cardio classes are a mixture of 3 styles of classes to build your strength while also making you feel like you have really worked hard. Look out for PACE and BURN classes along with a circuit style FORM & FUNCTION class each week, combined with some shorter snippets focused on mobility.
